  • Gather learning requirements from clients, project managers, producers, subject-matter experts, venues, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop participant guides, facilitator materials, job aids, checklists, presentations, scripts, reference tools, and assessments.
  • Organize onboarding and just-in-time training for employees, contractors, temporary event staff, and volunteers before assigned programs.
  • Schedule training sessions, instructors, rooms, virtual platforms, equipment, materials, and participant communications.
  • Facilitate or support live simulations, venue walk-throughs, mock scenarios, technical rehearsals, and operational run-throughs.
  • Train personnel on event-management platforms, registration systems, communication tools, radio etiquette, and assigned production or learning technology.
  • Maintain attendance, completion, assessment, credential, and training-material records in accordance with project and company requirements.
  • Provide real-time coaching, troubleshooting, and performance support during active events to reinforce service and operational standards.
  • Coordinate with producers and project managers to update training when schedules, procedures, venues, technology, or client requirements change.
  • Observe participant performance and collect feedback to identify knowledge gaps, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate post-event debriefs and document lessons learned, recommendations, and revisions for future programs.
  • Ensure training content reflects applicable safety, accessibility, confidentiality, client-brand, and emergency-response requirements.
  • Control versions and archive approved training materials, rosters, evaluations, and project records within shared systems.
  • Support additional Training Group initiatives, program logistics, content updates, and client deliverables as assigned.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team.

  • Strong attention to detail when maintaining rosters, versions, assessments, schedules, and completion records.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, subject-matter experts, production teams, facilitators, vendors, and temporary personnel.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting corporate meetings, conferences, events, experiential programs, or workforce training.
  • Familiarity with event platforms such as Cvent, Bizzabo, or comparable registration and engagement systems.
