DEVLINHAIR Productions, Inc. (DH) is seeking an experienced event professional to support the planning and execution of dynamic meetings and live experiences across our client base.
This opening is the Producer track: you will manage programs end to end, from planning through on-site execution, typically with 5–8 years of relevant event production experience.
About the Opportunity
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and client expectations.
- Lead on-site production teams and coordinate event operations.
- Manage executive presenters, rehearsals, speaker logistics, and show flow.
- Ensure seamless execution of production elements while maintaining a high level of client service.
- Resolve on-site issues while remaining professional under pressure.

Requirements
- 5–8 years producing corporate meetings, conferences, or live events.
- Experience working inside an event production environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong knowledge of live event production, venue operations, and production logistics.
- Experience managing vendors, production budgets, and project schedules.
- Familiarity with audiovisual production and event technology platforms.
- Ability to travel as required and work on-site during events.
- Ability to commute to the New York City office two days per week.
- Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting a diverse client base is highly desirable.
